Trophy Pikachu is already over $1 million

A PSA 8 1997 Gold First Place Trophy Pikachu already has pre-bids over $1 million with buyer's premium.

It's the only copy in the PSA census.

It headlines Goldin's Pokémon 30th Anniversary auction, which starts October 15.

Also in there: a PSA 10 2000 Black Star Eevee League promo, a BGS Pristine 10 Skyridge Gengar and a sealed 2005 EX Deoxys booster box.

Mudkip went for $3.72 million last month. Does the only graded Trophy Pikachu clear $5 million, or is the Pokémon run about to cool off?
