A judge just tossed the big Fanatics antitrust suit

A federal judge in New York threw out Jones v. Fanatics.
It was 7 class actions rolled into one, 13 counts, against Fanatics, MLB, the NFL, the NBA and the players' unions.
It covered people who bought through shops and retail stores.
Dismissed before discovery even started. The judge said Reddit and YouTube posts don't prove prices went up.
Same judge is hearing Panini v. Fanatics.

Does Panini still have a real shot against Fanatics, or is that case already over?
